I went to this to look at an F150 with a supercharger. I wasn't there to buy just see if I liked the truck. Marshall Woodie assisted me and took me for a test drive. Marshall was very easy to work with and very polite. Everyone was very nice and answered every questions I had and showed Tara had to work the radio which was a necessity for her.
I was particularly impressed by our sales representative Chris Cox. He was professional, not "pushy" and had command of the products he was assisting us with. However, perhaps what got my attention the most was the assistance he gave us, post sale, when we had some communication issues, with the service department. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. We had an issue with our warranty that we bought with our vehicle. There was a lot of miscommunication with finance and our vehicle certification. We were being told that we were losing part of our warranty. I got in touch with Stan.
